Public Database Development;
To stockpile personal information and data on any individual, making
that information and data available to the public without that individuals
consent is in violation of Federal Codes. The US Justice Dept. is
required to approve and certify any such data basing that is made available
to the public. Those legitimate organizations that list convicted
Child molesters, DUI drivers whose license has been revoked, and other
such organizations are required to have the Justice Dept.'s approval and
certification. This does not however give the organization free rein
to put an individuals name and other such information into their database.
The organization must seek out the approval of the district court from
which came a conviction of such conduct. Pat Stubbs, (aka SpiritedLady,
verity) while creating HIP's web site had not sought out the Justice Depts.
approval or certification, nor has she been authorized by any legal authority
for placing anyone's personal data on her site.
Federal Copyright Violations
The United States Copyright laws reserve the right of any material
published on any informative medium to be recognized as Copyright protected.
Photographs, written text or literature, email addresses, home addresses,
phone numbers, etc. on any web site that is published on the Internet is
protected by the US Copyright laws. Such material cannot be removed
from the site in any manner, for any purpose, without the express consent
of the site developer and/or the persons whose information is being collected
from the site. Pat Stubbs (aka SpiritedLady, verity) has violated
this legal process numerous times, by copying material on my web sites
and posting them on hers without any form of consent from me to do so.
Copyrighted material that she has copied and posted else where on the Internet
includes but is not limited to a photograph of me that she copied from
my web site, written text regarding the "Disclaimer" on my site, various
addresses and phone numbers.
Bylaws of HIP being non-existent violate Federal Codes
Pat Stubbs (aka SpiritedLady, verity) HIP site, which is presented
as a humanitarian "organization" presents no bylaws of its structure, leadership,
membership or committees functioning purpose, codes of conduct or
decision making processes. She provides no individual or group of
individuals a method by which to legitimately challenge the material or
information she places on her site. There is no standard policy by
which a case she presents is deemed "Resolved" or "Not Resolved".
This is done by her own methods that do not lend fairness to all those
she would list on her site. For example, I have been cleared of any
wrong doing by 4 state agencies in two states. I was also brought
before the Attorney Generals office and a DA's office and I have not be
charged in any violation of law, and yet out of her own personalized animosity
she continues to present my case on HIP as being "Not Resolved".
Legitimate
Bylaws would outline when a case is deemed Resolved or not. Pat Stubbs
violates laws when she deems herself as the only decision making force
in this area of her organization.
Defamation, libel, and slander are the very corner stone of her
sites purpose.
HIP as a web site, and Pat Stubbs as it webmaster and creator attempt
to present herself and web site as a means by which to protect the public.
Yet in her method of doing so, the sources she determines that the public
needs protection from are not subjected to any facts but to defamatory
statements, libel and ongoing slanderous material that have no place in
resolving any of the problems she presents to the public. I retained
a copy of her original HIP web site for legal purposes to clearly show
it was not developed in the best interest of the public but only as a medium
to promote and create Hatred and Animosity towards me as its only reason
to existing for over a year.
Illegal Impersonated of Me on the Internet
Pat Stubbs registed my IRC nickname (`john`) to herself and impersonated me
in communications with no less than 6 individuals. These parties quickly became aware
of her attempt to impersonate me and I was informed of it rather quickly. She did this with the knowledge of several members
of her IRC abuse survivors group who have since come forward and relayed their
knowledge of it to me. I was able to obtain recorded logs of these
interactions, written statements from former members of her group who were
aware of what she was doing, and photographs of this impersonation.
Filing False Reports with Government Agencies
In order to instigate and maintain ongoing government investigations Pat Stubbs, as well as several others (ie Bruce Whealton, Ruth Parris,
Stephanie Bryant, and Christine Brandon) submitted reports to these agencies that were grossly saturated in falsehood (i.e. outright lies) and manipulation to entice these agencies to utilize their resources on a false complaint. After 5 investigations of my conduct by government agencies there has been no finding that I violated any laws or "Articles of Practice".
| At this time I am in ongoing communication with both State and Federal legal officials in an attempt to bring Pat Stubbs and a few others into the legal arena to answer before a court of law for their flamboyant disrespect of legal protocols. Some will result in being handled at the Civil Court level and others will be handled at the Criminal Court level. I will post each case that materializes here, including the case, and the deposition of it as they unfold. |
